When we develop and build a project we strive to benefit the neighboring community and to adhere to global best practice, including IFC performance standards.

Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation
The Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) imposes mandatory ESG disclosure obligations for alternative investment fund managers with substantive provisions of the regulation effective from 10 March 2021.
SFDR article 4 requires alternative investment fund managers to make a statement on principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability.

SFDR article 10 requires alternative investment fund managers to disclose the sustainability profile of managed funds. SFDR regulation requests that each product be categorized according to its characteristics. The definition of each of these categories is as follows:
- Article 6 funds, which do not have any sustainable or ESG element or strategy
- Article 8 funds, which promote, among other characteristics, environmental or social characteristics (“light green” funds)
- Article 9 funds, which have, as their objective, investments in economic activities that contribute to environmental or social objectives (“dark green” funds)
Based on these describtions it is assessed that DI Frontier Market Energy & Carbon Fund, Frontier Energy II and Frontier Energy III are classified as article 9 (“dark green”) funds, as the funds invest in economic activites that contributes to enviromental objectives.
